Refund policy

Acceptance of the goods

All stock is quality checked before shipping. The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the good should there be a fault.

Returns

You can return any product to us that arrives faulty however you must do so within 7 days of receipt of your order. Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturers warranty.

Returns must be in new condition unless faulty. We reserve the right to not accept any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customers expense or may be picked up at our office.

Order cancellations

If notified before goods have been dispatched, Bush Coffee Roasters can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been already shipped, the customer may return the items when they receive them.
